All items are eligible for a return within fourteen (14) business days. Items must be un-worn/un-washed with the original packaging. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. Returns will only be accepted if returned with their original, undamaged shoebox. Soles must be clean and unmarked.
Please note, www.lakandstuff.com only accepts returns. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and purchase the new size or style that you desire. *Please refer to the return process outlined below.
Unfortunately, www.lakandstuf.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale.
Process for Returns
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us through the Contact page using the Subject: Return.
Return requests must be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of your purchase.
The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to www.lakandstuff.com within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of reply to your return email.
If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the seven (7) and fourteen (14) day timeframe, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card.
